Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you purchased:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is not as described or does not match the sample shown

This is your right under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Return Costs

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Hotchn Enterprises will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.​​

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
