  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We ship orders via Australia Post.

  • Both Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard delivery: up to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

  • Remote and regional areas may take longer.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, but generally expect up to 2 weeks after dispatch.

  • Customs delays, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Hotchn Enterprises is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
