1. Purchase Your Tracker
Choose your tracker and place your order through our website. Once it arrives, you’re ready to get started.

2. Install the App
Download the companion tracking app on your smartphone (iOS or Android). The app is where you’ll view your pet’s location, activity, and health data.

3. Activate a SIM Card
Our trackers require a data-only SIM card to connect to the mobile network.
At this time, we do not yet have an official partnership with a SIM provider, but we are actively working on one to make setup even easier for our customers.
In the meantime, you can use a compatible third-party data SIM card available in Australia.

4. Add the Tracker to the App
Insert the SIM card into the tracker, turn it on, and follow the in-app steps to add and pair your device. Setup is quick and straightforward.

5. Start Tracking
Once connected, you can begin using your tracker to:

• View live GPS location

• Monitor activity and movement

• Track health data

• Set up safety zones (geofencing)
