How Activation Works

• Purchase your tracker

• Complete setup and add the tracker in the app

• Activate a compatible data SIM

• Tracking services begin immediately once the device is connected

Subscription & Ongoing Service

Tracking services operate on a subscription basis tied to your active SIM plan.

• Your subscription remains active for the duration of your SIM plan

• Service continues automatically until the subscription reaches its renewal date

• To maintain uninterrupted tracking, ensure your SIM subscription remains active and renewed on time

If your SIM subscription expires or is cancelled, tracking services will pause until service is restored.

Important Note

We are currently working toward a dedicated SIM partnership to streamline activation and subscriptions in the future. Until then, customers manage their SIM subscription directly with their chosen provider.
